Under Christ's headship, Grace is led and ruled by a plurality of elders.
Grace Bible Church is led by a plurality of elders, but ultimately, Jesus Christ is the head of His church. Elders seek to faithfully shepherd and oversee His people. The elder team uses a handbook for elders (which is designed to uphold the authority of Scripture by articulating clear biblical statements on eldership, while relying on biblical wisdom and principles for matters of eldership where there are no explicit biblical directives) to provide a framework for elder ministry that fosters unity in thought and practice among the team.

Stuart grew up in a Christian home and was exposed to the Gospel at a young age, but at that point, Jesus and his Gospel were just "assets" to believe in, in order to fly under the radar. It wasn't until college that God, through a faithful group of guys, granted gifts of faith and repentance to Stuart. It was at this time that he turned from his sins and trusted in Jesus' sinless life, substitutionary death, and glorious resurrection for the forgiveness of his sins. Stuart is married to his wife Lauren and they have four children: Payton Anne, Owen, Kaitlyn, and Nathan. He is attending Reformed Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity. Stuart also loves football and roots for the Tennessee Volunteers and the Washington Redskins.
